Day Fourteen
Today we learn to play Chinese chess. Those who already know how to play starters playing when they entered the class. The teacher also introduces the game to everybody and explains Ye rules. The teacher's name is "Tan He Ping", it means peace in Chinese. playing Chinese chess is one of Me. Chin's hobbies. During class, he briefly introduced the history of Chinese chess.
Melissa needs to go to hospital to change her bandage today. I didn't accompany her because I don't dare to witness the awful process. The bandage sticks onto her finger, the doctor have to cut one-third of her finer in order to remove the wrapping. I felt so painful for her. She even dared to video whole process which makes me tears when I watched it. I really can't imagine how she endures the pain without any anesthetic. She is as brave as me. If I were her, I will definitely will request for anesthetic vaccine. Two days later she still need to visit the hospital again to change the bandage. I hope she will recover before going to Mt. Ermei.
We played table tennis today! Even Melissa joined us with her disabled finger. Today's games is quite entertaining and challenging. Due to the sunset, we have to stop playing because we can't even see the ball while playing. On our way back to our dorms, we saw a dog which is one of the local teacher's pet. She was so adorable and her name is 'Dou dou'. We spent 30minutes playing with her and and her babies. She just gave birth to 4 babies. Why the local dogs know how to follow their owners unlike those dogs in Singapore. I love dogs and I wish I own one of them. Hopefully my parents will allow despite pleasing for few years already.
