Day Three
I am really looking forward to going out of school. Tomorrow is the day we got to visit pandas and tour around the town area of Chengdu. The seniors told us that the food stalls at town area is delicious! I miss eating chicken. The dishes here are mostly pork and I am sick of it already. Today the weather is still as cold as before but at least I got to see the sun shining on top of me. The feeling is so good because there is heat. When I saw the sun, I shouted to my friends that the sun is coming out. To me it means that the days are getting warmer and I don’t have to shiver under the bed at night any more but however, the weather forecast say tonight will be 3 degree Celsius. Tonight will be another torturous night again.
We found some small stall near the teacher’s dorms today. Actually we didn’t really find it but the seniors brought us there. The Xiao Long Bao is delicious but they say it is Tang Bao instead. As long as it is yummy, I don’t really mind what the dish is called.
Before ending this post, I would like to thank the Sichuan aerospace university student for such a wonderful and entertaining performance. Their performances really brighten me up. Sometimes I wonder how they got those interesting and humorous ideas because it is really very entertaining. I really love watching their skit, sing, dance and martial arts. They were amazing and impressive. I cannot imagine they really did that especially the martial arts from Bruce Lee. I am afraid that the rod will fly towards the audience. There is only one performance from our school. Maybe the others are shy to perform. If there is another event like this I hope there will be more volunteers from our school to perform for them. :)
